It could be that there are elements in one of them that are somehow recessive to be easily identified but there must be a connecting factor.

If certain people are in a group and each keep complaining of the other parties where they still remain in the same group then know all the parties involved have associated characters only that one may be louder than the rest or closer to you than the rest so that is why the person is transmitting that information to you.
A wicked person may wish to live among the upright ones in a bid to do this he pretends to be good to others, nature is fair it conspires bring to him another pretender who disguises herself as a kind hearted person then they engage and live a life of hide and seek. They will secretly be behaving in a different way than what they claim publicly to be.
If you hear the citizens of a certain country complain about their democratically elected leaders from one election term to another then do not be too hard on their leaders just know that they are sample representative of the society. The society is the root cause of the unacceptable characters in their leaders that is why majority of them settled to vote for that look alike person.
A parent who complains of their offsprings character need to be advised to reevaluate him or herself or their kinsmen and identify who their kids took after instead of complaining yet these kids must be having their role model especially among those close to them. As an American essayist Ralph Waldo Emerson put it a fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Should you be a crooked person who uses unjustified means to attain certain favours or influence processes if you attain undesirable results then you need not to complain just realise that the results are as important as the process.
A spy in your camp is easily accepted in your enemy’s camp reason being he is responsible for conveying your secrets to them so they can have an advantage over you.
True to Oprah Winfrey words the life you live is a reflection of what’s going on inside of you, what manifests physically in you usually comes from deep inside you. Should you be kind to others that is a symbol of positive thoughts you possess about them.
