Gina Field is the Founder and Managing Director of Nepean Regional Security, one of New South Wales’ most awarded security companies. She started her career as an operational security officer in the late 1980s, when women in the industry were almost unheard of. Despite the stereotypes, Gina broke through the barriers and rose through the ranks before launching Nepean Regional Security from her kitchen bench in 1998.
Today, Nepean Regional Security is a multi-million-dollar enterprise with major contracts and a large personnel base. Under Gina’s leadership, the company has won over 35 industry awards, including Australia’s Best Security Company seven times. She’s been named NSW Businesswoman of the Year and received the Women Changing the World Award against 55 countries.
Gina is a sought-after keynote speaker and media contributor, known for her straight-talking and relatable style. She regularly appears on national TV, radio, and in print, offering expert commentary on security, leadership, and resilience.
