A middle aged man has been released on a bond of Ksh 100,000 with similar amount of a surety for allegedly defiled ongoing school girl 15 years
The accused person identified as Henry Otieno Nyarango a medical Personnel in charge of one of the mission hospital in Kisii County is alleged on 2nd June at Ichuni hospital in Masaba South Sub County within Kisii County defiled the minor who went for a short call.
Nyarango was said to be on the duty at the health facility on the material night of the incident.
The accused person appeared before Keroka Law Court and was charged for unlawfully defiled the minor contrary to section 8(1) as read with section 8(1)(a) of the sexual offence act No 3 of 2004.
He was also charged with alternative count of indecent act to the Minor contrary to section 8(1) as read with section 8(1)(a) of the sexual offence act No 3 of 2004.
He pleaded not guilty before Principal Magistrate Kimtai Matata.
Mentioning of the case will be on 8th June, hearing set on 2nd August.
