• It is advisable that you take a step further and examine what could be affecting those students who do not understand and take necessary measures to help them improve their grades as the mean grade will affect every student in the class in connection with this their teachers contribution will be evaluated.
• It is not a wonder that some factors outside the class could be affecting the students’ performance but through advice some of these students could significantly improve their grades.
• Taking this step would help not only bring joy to the students affected but also to the rest of the class as these students would be discussing academic issues with the rest thus having a win-win situation.

Do not avoid talking to a poor performer. It hurts them, the organisation and yourself, if the situation is not dealt with………………… Biz Move.

When you are radiating positive vibes those who live around you or those you interact with will enjoy your association as you will be beneficial to them. The reverse is true when you are radiating negative energies you will be harmful to all those who you interact with.

Health care provision is necessary in any society, building hospitals is seen as a good thing done by those who care for others but if preventative care had been put in place the cases would be rare and this is what should precede construction of health facilities.

When you are a teacher and some of your students are poorly performing despite your great efforts to teach them their mean grade would be used to judge you as it would be assumed that their training lacked something.

A parent should not tire from advising his kids aware that it will be the kids who will succeed him and his name would be heard or traced through these kids. Continuously training them the best ways in life will make you to enjoy their performance in days to come as they will be perfecting on your ideas. The kid who seems weakest today may be one of the strongest persons in future.

In a team every player is important. Anyone weak the opponent team will master him and use that weakness as their main point of attack thereby defeating the rivals, the coach as well as players should always be ready to support the a weak player so that their team can carry the day.

If the weaknesses of the players are due to personal reasons their coaching should not only be on how to deal with the sport but also personal issues that may affect the general performance of the player and outcome of the game.

As a passenger using the public service vehicle you should be worried about the conduct of the driver as his behaviour would affect your safety. No matter how high you are in social status you need to be ready to talk to such drivers as their conduct will affect you not only as a passenger but even if you have a personal car in case he causes an accident he may hit your car. His willingness to obey traffic rules would be beneficial to all the road users.

A neighbour who plays loud music in his house or shouts oftenly or carelessly leaves the fire burning may mess up everyone who lives in the nearby areas. Taking your time to speak to him and inform him of dangers associated with such a behaviour is prudent  failure to which he will mess himself up and put your life at risk for example a carelessly lit fire when left unrestrained  may spread to your homestead and become injurious to you. Be your brother or sisters keeper, when they are safe you too will be safe.
